COMO LLEGAR

Ante la inesperada falta de cobertura y por lo tanto de GPS, dos notas importantes. Nos encontramos a 6 Km de Orbaneja del Castillo (perteneciente a Burgos y es una referencia como lugar turístico) y algun kilometro más desde Polientes, la capital del Valle y dónde se encuentra la Oficina de Turismo. Dicha carretera trascurre paralela y próxima al Ebro. Es una carretera autonómica secundaria. Si pasais por Polientes, no la dejeis (el Google Maps os indica por otra de menor categoria y por lo tanto más dificultosa para una primera vez), pasais por Ruerrero y de paso contemplais el Castillo y podeis comprar un "hornazo", una pan relleno tipico de la zona. Cuando llegueis a S. Martín, la Colegiata se ubica en lo alto del pueblo, en el Barrio de Arriba.

Our location is 6 Km from Orbaneja del Castillo (a town in the province of Burgos and a major tourist location), as well as a few kilometers from Polientes, the capital of the valley and where the Tourism Office can be found. If you visit Polientes, pass through Ruerrero and see the town’s castle and buy an “hornazo”, a delicious meat filled bread that is typical of the region. Once arrived in San Martín, the church is located at the top of the town, in the Barrio de Arriba.
